In 2002, the founders visited Germany to study technical requirements in India and brought back advanced German technology wire winding machines that modernized production significantly. Following this, the company imported cutting-edge machinery and testing equipment from Taiwan, reflecting a strong commitment to staying at the forefront of technology.

Velohm actively upgrades its machinery with the latest additions as recent as 2025 to ensure manufacturing processes remain state-of-the-art.

Raw materials are carefully sourced from factories that guarantee high alumina content in resistor cores and ceramic housing elements, ensuring superior durability and thermal performance. The manufacturing process uses top-quality Ni/Cr or Ni/Cr alloy wires, critical for consistent resistance and reliability.
